Planting Business

With extensive experience in the fertilizer business, CFC understands well the needs and characteristics of crop growth, enabling us to "communicate with trees" and accurately grasp the nutrient requirements at different stages, under various environmental and climatic conditions. This advantage has facilitated our smooth expansion into the planting sector.

CFC's plantation journey began with oil palm on October 13, 2020, with the establishment of an 864.36-acre operation in Muadzam Shah, Pahang. This initial focus on oil palm yielded a production of 6,000 metric tonnes annually, with trees ranging from 3 to 13 years old. This foundation in oil palm cultivation preceded any diversification into other fruit crops.

Since then, CFC has invested in and taken over a palm oil plantation covering over 2,000 acres, and also cultivates fruits such as durian (from Perak and Pahang) and coconuts (from Pahang), along with various vegetables. Expanding their operations in 2024, CFC Agribusiness Management Sdn Bhd has launched FFB collection points in Sabah Sandakan, specifically at Kampung Wonod, Napangan, and Bangkulat, processing around 1,000 metric tons per month, while also operating as a fertilizer dealer and providing estate contract services.

On the other hand, CFC's coconut planting division, PG Plantation Sdn Bhd, acquired a 370-acre coconut plantation located in Kuala Rompin, Pahang. Planting commenced in 2023, with coconut palms ranging in age from 2 to 6 years. The plantation is currently in an immature phase, yielding approximately 120,000 nuts annually.
